Haven't been very active in this group (actually not at all), but thought I'd give it a shot.
I'm interested in going to see a band that I've wanted to see for a while in Shanghai tomorrow, friday, night. They're Japanese and called Trippple Nippples and are supposed to put on a wild show (kindof punk/dance/arty music). If anyone's interested in joining me or already planning on going, send me a message. See below for vids and show info:
Should be rad
Thanks to everyone who came out Sunday. It was a great experience for me and all of the other musicians as well, I hope you liked it too!
We are all scheduled to perform a 40 minute set each. It starts off with the Alchemists and then Boxty Rebellion. Next is The Beat Appreciation Society, Surging Waves, Idle Hands, and Buskateers. It's going to be a special night!
How come I'm the only one posting in this group? Is anyone else going out anymore? Well, here's another one for you: Sunday (25th) will be a music festival at the Blue Marlin in the SIP. It starts around 5pm and will feature six of Suzhou's international bands. It won't go too late, so working on Monday morning is no excuse. No one should miss this one!
